For the first time in Maltese wine making history, Marsovin has produced the first méthode traditionnelle rosé. This was produced using both Ġellewża and Chardonnay, using the traditional rosé wine making method used in other regions around the world such as Champagne, Franciacorta, Trentino and many others. We are proud of the result, so much so that we have labelled the wine as a special edition wine. The name 101 represents the number of years of the Family’s wine making history.
