We are teaming up with Florian Deville to offer you an authentic French baguette workshop. Florian’s passion for bread and pastry was born in his family’s kitchen in France. He is an experienced pastry and bakery chef. Florian has been living in Malta for some time and has worked in a few established bakeries on the island such as Frensh, and Le Grenier a Pain.
This session has been designed for beginners or enthusiasts who want to learn more about the fundamentals of making baguette bread and the secrets behind the techniques.
Chef Florian will be providing support and guidance throughout the session. You will get the opportunity to see bread being created in the hands of an experienced Chef and leave the session with the necessary skills to make baguettes.
